John Chads House & Springhouse

The Chads House and Spinghouse are open for guided tours by appointment only. The houses are by appointment for adult and youth group tours. Guided group tours offer visitors a glimpse of life in the 18th century at both locations.

HOUSE TOUR PRICES
$40 for a private tour, 1 house up to 4 people
(The John Chads House & Springhouse are shown together)
Additional individuals over 4 people are $10 per person
Kids Ages 7-17 $5 each
Members & Children age 6 & under are FREE
